In many instances, “the more the better” is NOT a good idea. But there is something that definitely fits this category. Herbs.
Don’t let the name “herbs” scare you. Herbs are not frightening and not difficult to use. As a matter of fact, you probably use them every day and don’t even realize it. Spices are herbs ground up. Cinnamon is an herb.
There are numerous benefits to herbs. (Big brother says we are not suppose to say herbs or their essential oils can heal you. Nope, that might take money away from doctors and the pharmaceutical industry).
The herbs might help you stay looking younger longer, help your health, help ward off viruses, help with pain and so much more!
The fresher the herb (in general) they better it is for you. One of the exceptions is Valerian root. It needs to age until it smells like old socks. I hear it is much more potent to help you relax and sleep at that stage…
One herb called Cardamom is awesome when it is ground up and added to your coffee grounds before brewing. Wow! I just tried that one this morning and it was heavenly tasting. I immediately felt the comforting vision of green grass and weeping willows as I sipped it. And I also felt good about my coffee knowing it was extra healthful this way.
Herbs are only one way to improve your well being. They are a very delightful choice for the better.
If you want to start looking better and feeling better, you might try using herbs more often, everyday!
