Oh my! Take 4 thick pork chops and lightly brown both sides
I use coconut oil and butter. The coconut oil doesn’t burn as easily as just butter.
Then set the chops aside in a baking pan. I used glass as it is healthier to cook in than metal.
Chop up onions, garlic, colored peppers, and carrots. Saute these in the pan you took the chops out of.
Salt and pepper it.
Add large tablespoon of flour or arrowroot to thicken.
Add 3/4 cup of burgundy wine.
Stir around until mixed and thickened. Then add to the chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for an hour.
You will not believe how mouth watering good these are when you cook them this way.
